What is my User ID, internet PIN and Password, and when do I get them?
Answer:
You will create your User ID, Internet PIN and Password at registration. You will have immediate access to your account with restricted functionality. We will then send you a Mailer Authentication Code (MAC), which you should enter at your next log on. This will give you full access to the service.
