Your selected question and answer
Question:
What is my User ID, internet PIN and Password, and when do I get them?
Answer:
Your User ID, Internet PIN and Password allow you to access your online servicing account and you create them when you register for Online Servicing.
When you register for the first time you will have immediate access to your account, but with restricted functionality. You will be sent a Mailer Authentication Code (MAC) through the post (allow 10 days for delivery) which you will need to enter to get full access to the site. Until the MAC code is entered you will have limited access to the site.
