How long will my balance transfer take to complete?

Answer:

If your request for a balance transfer is approved (up to 95% of your credit limit), we’ll take the money from your account and send it on the same business day if we receive your instruction before 17:00. If we receive your instruction after 17:00, or on a non-business day, we’ll send the money on the next business day. After the money has been sent, the other lender will receive it by the end of the following business day.
