Can I access the service from more than one computer?

Answer:

You can access Online Banking from more than one computer but, if you set up new security details for Online Banking, then we'll ask if we can ‘recognise your computer’. By doing this, we can be more confident that it’s really you logging in. 

If we don't recognise the computer you are using, we'll ask you to enter a One Time Access Code which we'll send to you by text message to your mobile phone. This helps prevent fraudsters from logging in to your account.
