I've registered. Why can't I sign on?

Answer:

There are three possibilities:
  • You entered your user name and password or PIN incorrectly. User names and passwords are alphanumeric-case sensitive. If you forget your user name or password, follow the on-screen options
  • You tried to sign on three times in a row with the incorrect user name PIN or password. In this case, you are locked out of the system. See 'Contact us'.
  • There are problems with your Internet connection or with our system. Please follow on screen instructions or try again later.
