What is the MAC and why do I only have access to some parts of the online service?
Answer:
The MAC is the Mailer Authentication Code. We will send this to you after you complete your first login. Please allow up to 10 days for receipt of this. If you do not receive your MAC, please go to Contact us to request one. Once you have entered your MAC, you will have full access to the service.
