Why do I no longer receive a paper statement?

You no longer receive a paper statement because you elected to receive E-statements. If you would like to receive a paper statement please contact us on 0845 300 4601. If there are changes to your Terms and Conditions you will be notified on your E-Statement and you will receive a paper copy of the changes by post.
