Why do I set up a Password?
Answer:
Your Password is one of the security details you use to login to Online Banking.
When you register for Online Banking, we’ll ask you to supply some unique security details that you will need to use every time you login. It’s important to keep these details secret. When you login you’ll need to enter your:
- Username
- 2 digits from your Security Number
- Password
During registration, we also ask you to choose an image and phrase that you’ll recognise. These will be displayed each time you login, so you know you’re on the real Tesco Bank website. When you login, if your image and phrase isn’t familiar or you’re not sure, you shouldn’t enter any of your security details and you should contact us immediately on 0845 601 0900.
