What is a Security Number?
Answer:
If you applied for a Savings or Loan account before 23 May 2011 you had a security number which you used to access to your telephone banking.
As part of the improvements we’re making to your banking service we’ll ask you to upgrade your security details when you next call us. When you do this you’ll create a PIN, Password and telephone security questions to replace your existing security details.
