What is a One Time Access Code?

Answer:

When you’re logging in from a computer we don’t recognise, or if you forget your Online Banking details, we’ll send a One Time Access Code by text message to the mobile phone we hold for you to confirm your identity.

This means it’s important that you keep the mobile number we have for you up to date. You can check and update your mobile number within the Online Banking Overview by selecting ‘Manage my Security Details’ on the left-hand side, or if you cannot login you can contact us to update it on 0845 601 0900.
