Do I need Flash installed to use your website?
Answer:
Yes, our Online Banking security requires you to have Adobe Flash Player Version 9 or above installed on your computer. When you register for Online Banking or change your password, we store a small file (security ‘token’) on your computer. It doesn’t hold any private or personal information about you; it simply allows us to recognise your computer when you login to Tesco Bank Online Banking.
To check if Adobe Flash Player is installed on your computer, and you have the most up-to-date version, visit the Adobe Flash Player website http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
You'll be greeted with a message that will tell you what version of Adobe Flash Player you have. If you're using an older version, or don't have Adobe Flash Player installed, follow the instructions on this screen to download the latest version.
Note: If you sometimes use different web browsers, you could be using a different version of Adobe Flash Player on each. You can download the correct version of Adobe Flash Player for a specific web browser by visiting the link above with that browser.
