What is a Customer Number?

If you applied for a Savings or Loan account before 23 May 2011 you may have had a customer number which you used to login online.

As part of the improvements we’re making to your online banking service we’ll ask you to upgrade your security details. When you do this you’ll create a Unique ID that will replace your customer number and you’ll use this every time you login.
