Answer:
We will end your Online Banking session if you have been inactive for ten minutes. We’ll give you 60 seconds to extend your session if you need to.
The session timeout is a security measure put in place to help protect your financial information in case you accidentally leave your PC unattended, especially in a public place (e.g. work or an internet café).
