How do I amend or cancel a Direct Debit?

Answer:

 

If you are fully registered for Online Banking you can view or cancel a direct debit online.  Simply login to Online Banking, select Move Money and Money in.  A list of your future payments will be displayed with options to Amend or Cancel.
If you applied for your account on or before 23rd May 2011 you will need to upgrade your security details before you can access Online Banking. This is part of some changes and improvements we are making to Tesco Online Banking which we wrote to you about recently.
