What happens to my balance if I don’t contact you to claim my refund?
Answer:
We’d like to refund your balance to you as soon as possible so would ask that you call to claim your refund on 0191 244 2753 between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. If you don’t contact us we will be unable to automatically refund your money and will close your account during June 2010. Your funds will be held safely until you claim and we may request additional supporting documentation to process your refund after this.
