Answer:
This is a search made on your name and all personal address details that have been provided in your application with a credit reference agency (Experian or Call Credit) in order to assess your credit history. Our search will then be noted on your record with the credit reference agency (Experian or Call Credit), to inform other institutions that we have requested information about you.
