Do you insure trips within the UK?
Answer:
Tesco Travel Insurance can cover trips within the UK provided they are for a minimum of 2 nights and you are staying in pre-booked accommodation which you must pay for. For the purpose of your policy, UK cover is defined as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
If you are a resident of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Island and you will be travelling to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, you will need European cover.
If you are a resident of the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, and you will be travelling to England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Island, (or travelling within the Channel Islands if you live in the Channel Islands or within the Isle of Man if you live in the Isle of Man) you will need UK cover.
