What information do you need when I make a claim?
Answer:
If you're claiming for vet's fees, Tesco Pet Insurance will ask you for details of the pet you're claiming for, the nature of the illness or injury, and information about when the problem started. We'll also ask about your vet's details and the cost of the treatment, if this is known. Normally your vet will need to complete the reverse side of the claim form, once you've completed the other details. If your claim doesn't involve vet's fees, we'll let you know what information we need when you call us.
