Question:
I have Pet Travel Cover. How do I make a claim while I'm abroad?
Answer:
With your 'Pet Travel Cover' documents you'll find a blank claim form. You should take this with you when you travel so that if your pet receives any treatment you can ask the vet to complete it. Don't worry if this isn't completed in English - your insurer will do its best to translate. You don't need to let us know about your claim until your return to the UK. Please keep your receipts, invoices or any other evidence of expenses - these will help to support your claim.
