What happens if I need to make a new claim?
Answer:
If your policy reference number doesn’t include your date of birth, then your policy is provided by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc. You can call their Tesco Pet Insurance claims line on 0845 078 3860. The opening hours are:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm
- Saturday, 9am-5pm
If your policy reference number ends with your date of birth , your policy is provided by UK Insurance Limited. You can call Tesco Pet Insurance claims line on 0845 300 2200. The opening hours are:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm
- Saturday, 9am-5pm
- Sunday, 10am-5pm
