What happens when I phone the claim line?

Answer:

One of the Tesco Pet Insurance claims advisors will ask you to provide the details of your claim before letting you know whether your type of claim is covered by your policy, and confirm any excess payment that may apply. They’ll then send you a claim form, which you'll need to complete and return. They may also need you to provide additional information to support your claim. They will then explain to you what will happen next.
