How do I know who my current insurance policy is with?
Answer:
If your policy reference number doesn’t include your date of birth , then your policy is provided by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc.
If your policy reference number ends with your date of birth, your policy is provided by UK Insurance Limited.
The ‘Contact us’ page provides contact details for each insurer and if you need up to date policy documents, please see the ‘Policy info for existing customer’s page'.
If your policy is currently provided by UK Insurance Limited, you will be invited to renew on the new policy terms and conditions with Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc on the next anniversary date of when you first bought Tesco Pet Insurance.
