Who will manage my claim if my policy is moving?
Answer:
UK Insurance Ltd will continue to deal with any claims up to the next anniversary date of when you first bought Tesco Pet Insurance. If you have a claim in progress with UK Insurance Ltd then they will continue to manage your claim through to resolution. After you have renewed your policy on our new Tesco Pet Insurance terms with Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc, if you have raised a claim that relates to an incident that occurred before you renewed your policy then UK Insurance Limited will manage your claim for you.

After your anniversary date
Existing claims under Sections B-J of your policy will continue to be handled by UK Insurance Ltd.
All other claims will be handled by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc. This includes any new
claims made under section B-J on or after your anniversary date, and any existing claims under Section A of your current policy (which relates to veterinary fees cover for treatment to your pet after your anniversary date).
