I’ve had my anniversary pack and it looks very different. There are also documents I’ve never seen before. Why is this?

The Royal & Sun Alliance Tesco Pet  Insurance anniversary pack is quite different to the UK Insurance anniversary pack. Some important documents have been enclosed for you to read through, and keep safe. These include:

-          Policy Booklet and Policy Summary – contains information about your cover.

-          Important Information about your Policy - explains some changes to your policy and your insurance provider. The main changes to your cover are outlined in the leaflet and you should read this in conjunction with your Policy Booklet and Summary.

Please check that all these details are correct. If you need to change anything please call before your renewal date.
