I’ve had my anniversary pack but I need to change some details will I need to speak to two different people?
Answer:
Possibly. Depending on the change you need to make and when it is to take effect from you may need to get your current policy updated as well as your new policy. Your customer service representative will let you know if you need to do this and will put you in touch with the relevant people.
