Your selected question and answer
Question:
How do I renew my policy?
Answer:
You will receive a pack to let you know your policy is due for renewal around 21 days before your existing cover ends. This will outline what it will cost to renew your policy and any changes to the terms and conditions. Your renewal quote will be based on the personal information we hold and the same payment method you have elected to pay for your current policy (one off payment or by instalments).
If you chose to automatically renew, you don't have to do anything unless your circumstances have changed or you want to make a change to your policy. If you pay by direct debit your new payments will start automatically. If you pay annually the new payment will automatically be taken from the same payment card you used last year.
If you chose to manually renew your policy you'll need to call 0845 674 6666 to renew. Details of whether your policy will automatically renew or whether you will have to call us will be set out in the letter you receive with your renewal pack.
