Are my garden plants and landscaping covered?

This depends when you bought your home insurance policy.  To find out who currently provides your home insurance please check your policy number on your Policy Schedule.

If you don’t have Tesco Home Insurance yet or your policy number starts ‘TI’ e.g. TI123456 - Only Finest Home Insurance covers you for this.  Cover is for loss or damage to trees, shrubs, plants (up to £250 each) or lawns up to a total of £2,500 per claim. Some conditions and exclusions apply to this, and they are listed in full in the Policy Booklet.

If your policy number starts with an 8 or 7 e.g. 8888888 – There is no cover available for garden plants and landscaping.
