Does everyone get up to £1million buildings insurance cover?
Answer:
Yes everyone will be offered buildings cover up to £1million on Value and Standard policies, and unlimited buildings cover on Finest policies, however there are some exclusions on certain properties:
- Any properties with more than five bedrooms
- Any properties with "listed" status
- Any properties constructed before 1837
- Any properties with a buildings sum insured of more than £1m
