What other costs are involved in the Concierge Service?
Answer:
Calls to the Concierge Service (provided by Ten Lifestyle Management Ltd and included with all Finest policies) are charged at local call rates. There is no cost for speaking with a Lifestyle Manager. The concierge team don’t mark up the prices on services, but may receive commission from the suppliers, where it is normal within the industry to do so (e.g. for arranging travel). If there are additional costs associated with providing more complex services, you will always be told what these additional costs are prior to you accepting these services. You may also be charged for a Lifestyle Manager’s time if they are required to go out of the office e.g. errand running. These costs will always be agreed with you prior to any work being carried out.
