Can I go into any hospital I want?

They have chosen hospitals based on the quality, value and range of services that the hospitals provide. AXA PPP healthcare's quality assessment team has assessed all hospitals in the Directory of Hospitals. They all have:

• procedures in place to safeguard standards of care
• specified clinical staffing levels
• a doctor on site 24 hours a day
• properly maintained emergency/resuscitation equipment
• a continuous quality improvement programme

AXA PPP healthcare selects hospitals on the basis that they maintain high standards of care and provide value for money, to help ensure that the costs for the services provided are at an appropriate level and that cover remains affordable.
