To confirm this, please contact AXA PPP healthcare to preauthorise any treatment or consultation prior to receiving them. They will then be able to check all aspects of your claim to ensure payment is made in full or to advise you otherwise. For further information please call the Personal Advisory team; they are available on the telephone Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm on 0800 085 1800.
