AXA PPP healthcare, who provide Tesco Health Insurance, need to confirm that you are covered for any treatment before it takes place. You need to contact AXA PPP healthcare's team of Personal Advisers. This allows them to check all the relevant information with you - such as the condition details, treatment details and the names of any providers you will be seeing. For this reason, it is not possible to claim on-line. If you wish to contact a Personal Adviser they are available on the telephone Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm on 0800 085 1800.
