I need to make a claim, what am I covered for?

Answer:

This depends on whether the treatment you need is eligible, bearing in mind the policy, underwriting and exclusions. You can find these details on the membership statement and in the handbook. If you need treatment, it is important that you call one of AXA PPP healthcare's Personal Advisers first. They can help you understand the extent of your cover. Eligibility is assessed on a case by case basis. If you wish to contact a Personal Adviser they are available on the telephone Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm on 0800 085 1800.
