Answer:
AXA PPP healthcare needs the extended stay report when you have been admitted to hospital for more than 10 consecutive days. The information is specific to the treatment you are having and includes your treatment details and an anticipated discharge date. Your specialist provides this information to AXA PPP healthcare.
