How long does it take for a claim to be settled?
Answer:
It normally takes 10 working days for a claim to be settled provided all the relevant information has been received. If payment has not been received please call the Personal Advisory team who are available on the telephone Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm on 0800 085 1800.
