Once AXA PPP healthcare have received my claim form, how long does it take to process my claim?

Answer:

For eligible claims, once AXA PPP healthcare has received your fully completed claim form/consent form and all the relevant accounts and information, they aim to assess the claim and send payment within 10 working days. If you would like to know the status of your claim at any time please call the Personal Advisory team and they can advise you further. If you wish to contact a Personal Adviser they are available on the telephone Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm on 0800 085 1800.
