Can I change my direct debit date?
Answer:
Your direct debit will collect on the same day of each month that you choose to start your policy, with the exception of your first payment. For example, if you join on 15 June your first collection will be drawn within 28 days of your application being processed. Subsequent collections will be taken on or close to the 15th of each month thereafter (allowing for no collections on weekends). As direct debit collections tie in with join dates, you are recommended to coincide your start date with your chosen direct debit collection date.
