If you're injured in a road traffic accident that's not your fault and you've got Motor Legal Protection, we'll pay up to £50,000 of legal costs to help you:
- recover any uninsured losses not covered by your insurance policy like the excess or hire car costs
- claim for compensation for death or injury to any authorised drivers and any passengers travelling with you at the time of the accident
