How do I renew my policy?
Answer:
We'll send you a letter to let you know your policy is up for renewal 21 days before your cover ends. We'll also let you know what it will cost to renew on the same terms with us for a further 12 months.
If you pay for your policy by direct debit and would like to renew on the same terms, you don't have to do anything - your payments will continue and renewal will happen automatically.
If you pay any other way or you / your cars details have changed, call us on 0845 300 4400 and we can arrange renewal over the phone.
