What happens once my online application for a Tesco Credit Card is accepted?
Answer:
Once your application has been accepted, the online screen you will see will display a "Congratulations" message. This screen will also display your credit limit and Annual Percentage Rate.
If the limit and rate meets your needs, you will then need to ensure you follow the next steps of the online application to the final screen where you can review your Credit Agreement and Terms and Conditions.
Once you have reviewed these screens and/or saved them to your PC, you can place a tick in the box at the end of the Agreement on screen to digitally sign your online Agreement.
Once you press submit on this final screen, you will have fully completed the online application form.
Your Tesco Credit Card will then be posted to you within 8-12 working days, along with your Terms and Conditions, a copy of your credit agreement and your Welcome booklet, which has lots of information that will help you get started with your new card.
Once you have received your card, simply call our activation team on 0800 328 51 68 to activate it. Our team will be happy to answer any questions about your new Tesco Credit Card.
