What do I do if I need to return a product or item I bought using Buy Now Pay Later?

If the product you purchased from Tesco Direct needs to be returned, please call 0845 600 44 11 (TypeTalk 18001 0845 600 44 11). Tesco will happily refund or exchange the item within 28 days of receipt, provided it is returned as sold, with all original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. Please have your invoice or delivery documents to hand and remember to make the Tesco staff member aware that this item was purchased with Buy Now Pay Later on your Tesco Credit Card to ensure that the item is refunded correctly to your card account.
