Can I request a balance transfer online for a Clubcard or Bonus card?
Answer:
Yes, you will be given the opportunity to transfer a balance at our special introductory rates during your application. Balance transfers are subject to a fee.
Upon account approval, payments will be sent to your card issuers. The amount of balances we can process will depend on the credit limit allocated. It may take between 2 and 3 weeks to process your application. Until then you may need to make a payment to your other card accounts to keep them current. Please note, that balance transfers may not be possible for some store cards.
